QUALIFICATIONS :
- D3 or S1 Mechanical Engineering.
- Age 30 – 35 years.
- 7 - 10 years work experience in large manufacturing company with relevant experience.
- Combination of Production and Training experience will be preferred.
- Training Certification.
- People Orientation, Competency Development.
- Identification of training needs, especially for operators and team leaders.
- Preparation of competency standart.
- Preparation of training materials.
- Imparting basic & OJT /Refresher training.
- Evaluation of learning effectiveness.
