QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (Code: QCM)
The successful candidate will be reporting to Plant Manager. The main role is responsible for the implementation of Quality and Safety Management System. He or she will be responsible to manage product sampling, identify internal defect, develop and ensure continues improvement.
Requirements:
- Age between 35 until 40 years.
- Minimum education as Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in chemist or pharmacy.
- At least 5 years experience as Quality Control in FMCG or chemicals environment. Preferably have exposure in MNC with TQM / ISO 9001 standard implementation.
- Strong knowledge in QC System Inspection.
- Good business acumen and customer service oriented.
- Strong numerical, analytical ability and problem solving.
- Fluency in English is a must (there will be intensive communication with expatriates).
- Good leadership and management skills.
- Willing to be located in our factory, Salatiga, Central Java.
