Direct Sales Supervisor (Surabaya)
Job scope:
- Manages Prepaid Card Direct Sales activities in the designated area as a part of activation achievement
- Review and analyze the achievement of monthly activation target & productivity ratio
- Consolidate and submit daily, weekly and monthly Direct Sales Report for Region
- Create and review forecast based on activation target
- Controlling and monitoring Direct Sales activities
- Provide route plan by monthly basis
- Manage the recruitment process for TL & DSE
- Deliver training for TL & DSE
- Review and analyze outsourcing company’s performance based on the productivity of TL & DSE
- Create Direct Sales program and promotion
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Experiences at Sales Area minimum 3 years experiences (Supervisory Level, Direct sales)
- Good interpersonal, communication skill and sales skill
- People management
- Experience in Telecommunication Company is preferred
- This position opens for Surabaya area
