This position willl have impacts on the accuracy of company’s measurement and robustness of process equipment, product quality and be essential to meet compliance requirements and secure of supply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To operate & handle all of preventive maintenances and calibration program
- Conduct Calibration activities and develop related SOP(s)
- Manage all databases related with preventive maintenance and calibration program
- Support Utilities & Process Equipment Team to solve electrical problems within site
- Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering with excellent GPA
- Familiar with Pharmaceutical or Food Industry equipment & process
- Familiar with Computer Maintenance Management System
- Have significant experiences in Calibration
- Team work spirit
- Calibration Certified
- Control Componenet and PLC
- Basic GMP / HACCP
Temporary Project Manager
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Ensure that GMP, Quality & EHS considerations are addressed during project implementation
- Work with Project Sponsor, Project Team, Regional Project Management support and internal GSK customers to plan & execute project safely
- Manage day to day installation work, liaising with contractors & the factory operations teams, ensuring there is no unplanned factory disruptions
- Liaise with GSK Global Capital Projects (GCP) for above country support and expertise when necessary
- Consider Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) requirements for equipment & leverage best use of GSK local & above country resources to support
- Generate monthly project reports
- Engineering background with strong management experiences
- Excellent communication & influencing skill
- Must have a working knowledge and experiences of computer offices programs
- Must have a working knowledge of the engineering standards and statutory requirements for plant, machinery and workplace applicable to Pharmaceutical /Healthcare manufacturing operations in Indonesia
- 5+ years experiences of relevant discipline and previous Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experiences
- Customer focus and understanding of the importance of delivering projects safely and to cost, schedule & quality commitments
- Able to communicate at all levels within the organization
