Property Underwriter
Responsibilities:
You will make risk assessment, mainly for large industrial & manufacturing business. You have to arrange insurance coverage & to propose insurance terms & conditions including risk recommendation. You will also negotiate and make reinsurance placement.
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor degree (S1) of any discipline from reputable university, preferably from Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Having wide networking and ability to maintain relationship
- Having an impressive achievement experience
- Actively contribute effective role in team work
- Hold AAA-IK degree is a benefit
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in underwriting, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Corporate Planning Staff
Responsibilities:
You are responsible to become the facilitator to standardize and develop existing operational process, to achieve effectiveness and efficiency that match with ISO. You have to make sure operational procedure can be used on time and distributed to appropriate area. Foremost, you have to make department work plan to be standardized and develop standard operational procedure. Then you have to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of operational process in the department, help the department to standardize work process and applying ISO. You need to coordinate the whole department and make the report of the result.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Having comprehension in business process (operation, marketing, and finance)
- Understanding accounting report and analysis
- Having good interpersonal skill, business sense, analysis and judgment skill, impact and influence skill, and customer focus ability
Risk Management Staff
Responsibilities:
Basically you are responsible in handling risk management for corporate sector, correctly and punctual in order to give useful recommendation in risk closing process. You have to do some survey about the subject matter of insurance and report the result to underwriting staff as consideration in acceptance of the subject matter of insurance. Later, you have to develop the risk survey and help branch surveyor to do risk survey of special occupation/object. You also have to give recommendation to improve standard of operation and systems those are related with risk management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring Engineering ( Chemical Engineering is preferable ), fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Having business sense, analysis and judgment skill, impact and influence skill, interpersonal skill, and customer focus ability.
Sharia Account Manager
Responsibilities:
As a market researcher, independently, you will find new potential market and help to make new business strategy to market Sharia products. Also you are responsible for account maintenance to develop relations with financial institution and monitoring cooperation program with partner branches, including the products in every branch and suggest marketing program. As a trainer, you must facilitate product knowledge training. And finally, you have to monitor account receivable status and help to take care of premi payment issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Having background in sharia business
- Experienced min 3 years in marketing or sales, also in fulfilling sales target
- Experienced in dealing intensively with customer and external parties, having wide networking, ability to maintain relationship
- Capable to operate MS. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Power Point)

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to manage commercial services projects. You have to train and socialized the project before implementing it; along with that, you revised and arrange the standard operation for the project. You have to be the liaison between commercial business user and IT on improving system to support the operation of commercial business. Finally you required to make and delivered the operational reports for the needs of commercial business.
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in IT from reputable university, or having experienced in IT

Internal Auditor
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for auditing, reporting, giving recommendation for improvement as well as supervising the process to comply with the company’s policy and procedure.
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor degree (S1) of Economy (Accounting/Management) from reputable university
- Having accounting and finance background
- Having basic knowledge in auditing
- Having 1 years experience in auditing, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
