In Indonesia, we have started our operation since 2006, and currently we are providing consumer finance for electronic, home appliance, furniture, music instrument, PC, and mobile phone. Currently we affiliated with more than 1500 merchants, including Electronic City, BEST Denki, Yamaha Music Dealers, Bhinneka.com and many others.

We are expanding the operations both for existing and new businesses, and we would like to welcome leaders and young professionals to join our team to expand the company in following position:

Desk Collector (Code:0905-003)

Responsibilities:
  • Sorting consumer based on category priority handling
  • Calling new customer, delinquent 1 and re-delinquent before due date as reminder
  • Calling delinquent customer after due date for demand payment
  • Arrange collector schedule for pick up payment, dunning or tracking
  • Entry every action will take to customer into HP system
  • Helping unrecognized payment finished
  • Filter consumer which will send reminder letter
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 28 years old.
  • Possess at least a Associate Degree in any field.
  • Required skill(s): Excel, Word.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work in weekend and shift.
Admin Cum Marketing Assistant (Code:0905-002)

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and managing Promoters Working Schedule Alteration, Overtime Work Request & Acceptance Form, Leave Application / Alteration Form (if necessary)
  • Controlling Marketing Material Stock (keeping the record of Marketing Material Stock usage, ordering products including Fax & Telephone handset)
  • Handling Marketing paper-work administration (Payment Request Voucher, Petty Cash Claim, Payment Advance, Internal Memo, Approval Request Form, etc)
  • Keeping the record of BM counters telephone expense and comparing it with the number of incoming application to analyze the efficiency of promoter in the usage of telephone
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max. 26 years old
  • Possess at least an Associate Degree in Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English (able to speak Japanese is an advantage).
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or Others.
  • An expert in operating office application such as Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Able to do multitasking job and work underpressure
  • Able to join immediately
