Production Supervisor (code: PS)
Job Accountability :
To facilitate the operational efficiencies of the manufacturing facility by application of world class business practices, leading through example to establish a culture of continuous improvement in a safe working environment.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or relevant experiences)
- Experience minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor (preferably on Manufacturing or Heavy Equipment Industry)
- Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate (MS Office is a must)
- Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good English both oral & written
- Energetic, enthusiast, smart

Financial Analyst – Factory (Code: FAA)
Job Accountability :
Analyze the cost records and calculation of unit cost for products or services related to a specific job or project; examine any costs that seem contrary to past experience. Under limited supervision, conduct moderately complex cost audits. Prepare and emit statistical reports for the comparison of costs and determination of profitability by product. Prepare estimates of new or proposed product costs. Analyze actual versus standard costs and prepare reports of variances.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable University (Fresh Graduate Master Degree are preferred)
- Registered Public Accountant
- Experiences on Finance / Accounting area 2 – 3 years
- Highly integrity and team work player
- Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
- Computer Literate (MS Office is a must, preferably familiar with SAP)
- Good in English both oral & written
Process Engineer (Code: T/S)
Job Accountability :
The incumbent responsibilities are develop quality standard for the organization of in-process product also to design and implement the measures, tests, sampling methods and others procedures that ensure that quality standard and customer specification are met.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, Majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience minimum one-year assessment as Technical Service Engineer preferable experience on tire, manufacturing, heavy equipment or chemical industry.
- Have experience in inline product design
- Computer skill (MS Office is a must)
- Understand how to read specification, understand how to re-design tire construction and troubleshooting problem related to design
- Team work player & strong personalities
- Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good English, both oral & written

Electrical Engineer (Code: EE)
Job Accountability :
Provide technical leadership & mentoring of product development process working with Engineering Team as well as whole manufacturing teams. Ensure completeness of all documentation & on-floor production training to assure smooth transition from product design & testing into manufacturing. Oversee manufacturing engineering function related to manufacturing cost reduction or quality improvement.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experiences
- Master degree is preferred
- 4 – 6 years experience in electronic system development in manufacturing, heavy equipment or tire industry
- Deliverables (results) oriented & team oriented with a strong desire for hands-on work
- Excellent both on verbal & written communication skill using English
- Deep knowledge of PLC systems as well as Rockwell standard
- Ability to write technical specifications, develop device and system level specification
Head of Laboratory (Code: Lab)
Job Accountability:
The Lab Head will build/manage a team of lab professionals and will be responsible for planning and guiding mixing process development. The Lab Head will participate in the development of new expression technologies and represents his/her working field in cross-functional project teams.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Chemical or Chemist Engineering or relevant experiences
- Master degree is preferred
- Preferably experience 2 – 3 years in manufacturing industry in the same role
- Experience in formulation / batch mixing or R&D areas.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Performing light formulations for product development.
- Strong ability to interpret data.
- Involved in adjustment of formulas and development of formulas.
Financial Analyst – Treasury (Code: TA)
Job Accountability :
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for daily cash management, benchmarking, monitoring and reporting of investment performance. The Analyst is also responsible for creation of forecasts and projections, interfaces with financial institutions, investment firms, along with the Finance Committee.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable University (Fresh Graduate Master Degree are preferred)
