- Minimal 1 years of relevant experience in the field of business / operations
- Field experience in leading a sales promotion team

- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work effectively with a wide range of personalities
- Computer literate is a must
- Have good employee development and performance management skills
- Manage client performance and marketing report
