PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. is a major mining company experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking a project manager experienced in deploying and delivering IT solutions to customers. This position will play a key senior role in our ICT group. We are looking for a pro-active style person who is well versed in the following specific areas of information technology:

MARINE OPERATION ASSISTANT (MOA-ML)

REQUIREMENTS

• Male, age ranging 25 - 40 years old.
• Minimun Bachelor Degree in Marine Faculty or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in shipping related industries.
• Able to work independently as well as a team
• Computer literate using Ms. Office & Internet
• High level skills in making reports and presentation
• Ready to be stationed at Balikpapan, East Kalimantan

MARINE OPERATION MANAGER (MOM-ML)

REQUIREMENTS

• Male, age ranging 30 - 45 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marine Faculty.
• Minimum 10 years experience working in Tug and Barge industries.
• Experienced in handling crew boats, LCT, Tug Boat and Barges
• Fluent in English both oral and written
  
• Able to work independently as well as a team
• Computer literate using Ms. Office & Internet
• Leadership and solve problem skills is highly required
• Ready to be stationed at Balikpapan, East Kalimantan

PROJECT MANAGER - IT SYSTEMS (PM-ITS)

Responsibilities:

• Client-Server systems – Windows servers and workstations. In particular must have substantial experience in the roll-out and administration of Microsoft server technologies in the context of a multi-site medium to large organization.
• WAN systems – Extensive experience working with routers in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with Cisco routers, IOS, Cisco 3-layer internetwork model and WAN QoS.
• Application systems – Messaging, Backup, VoIP, Database, ERP platforms. In particular must have the ability to study, understand and grasp the unique roll-out requirements of each IT application.
• Network security systems – Firewalls, IDS, malware protection platforms. In particular must have extensive experience in the roll-out and adminstration of firewalls, proxies and IDS/IPS.

You should have at least eight (8) years IT industry experience, with minimum three (3) years in a project management or project supervisor role, in the specific areas enumerated above. You should be a university graduate from a reputable institution, and a self-starter who is able to work independently. Interpersonal and language skills to work with both local and expatriate staff are required. You must have the ability to communicate effectively, confidently lead the project team, coach junior technical staff, write reports and formal documentation. Professional industry certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
