Administration Assistant (CDT 10)


Responsibilities:
To ensure proper documentation/filing on credit related documents, supervise circulation of document within the department, and to assist the Head of Department with meeting arrangement/scheduling appointment, business trip, and matters related to meeting with customers

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as administration staff or secretary
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Computer Literate (MS Office)
  • Has good initiative and helpful
  • High Integrity
  • Good Team Work
  • Graduates from secretarial academy will be preferred
