PT. U Finance is a joint venture finance company which operating activities in consumer finance and finance lease to purchase vehicle, especially automotive. It was established in 1995 with name PT. Arthacakra Multifinance. It changed its name into PT. U Finance Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “U Finance”) after the ownership of the Company’s majority share was taken over by PT. Bank UFJ Indonesia with amount 80% and old share holder, Sojitz Corporation, Japan with amount 20% in 1 July 2004. PT. U Finance Indonesia is a multi finance company and member of Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi UFJ Group. We are seeking for qualified individual to support our business growth.

BRANCH MANAGER (BM)

Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible to perform in Sales, A/R Management, and Operation activities to achieve branch financing target and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree
• Minimum 3 years experience as BM in Multi Finance, preferably in automobile financing
• Good relationship/network with automotive industry
• Good comprehension in Sales, A/R Management and Operation areas of multi finance company
• Highly motivated person, target oriented, communicative, proactive and also able to work as a team player
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to be relocated among Jakarta and Non Jakarta area

PAYROLL STAFF (PS)

Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible to perform payroll activities and its related administration activities.

Requirements

• Minimum D3 degree majoring accounting, business administration, or taxation
• Minimum 1 year experience as payroll staff or tax officer
• Good comprehension in taxation (PPh 21)
• Computer Literate for data analysis purposes (especially MS Excel)
• Able to communicate in English

LEGAL OFFICER (LO)

Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible to prepare and arrange legal documents.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree in Law
• Minimum 2 years experience in legal field or law firm, preferably experience in corporate legal
• English proficient both in oral and written
