Assistant Manager Civil & Architect (AMCA)

The incumbent must posses these following characteristics:

• Experienced in using AutoCAD & 3D Building Rendering Software
• Experienced in building design & architecture
• Capable in making Bill of Quantity & Quantity Surveyor
• Shows high leadership & coaching skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum education is a diploma (D-3) / bachelor degree (S-1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture with GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years experience in the related field
• Maximum age is 36 years old
• Preferably familiar with Hypermarket / Supermarket / Retail building concept
• Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with agencies, businesses and vendors and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
• Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications
• Smart, team player, honest, hardworker and dependable
• Sufficient skills to listen and ascertain the needs of customers, ability to find and communicate accurate information concerning process, policies and procedures to customers, ability to respond to customers tactfully and courteously
• Live in Greater Jakarta area

Temporary Finance Staff (FS)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Familiar with Oracle Financial software
• Minimum 0.5 year experience in the related field
• Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications
• Smart, team player, honest, hardworker and dependable
• Live in Greater Jakarta area
