In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in our Plantations.
STORE ASSISTANT(To be based in Central Kalimantan & Batu Licin)
- Ensure smooth store operations including quality and quantity of ordered item, and inventory
- Manage all issues and receipts related to stocks are properly accounted with inventory systems and control on a daily basis
- To ensure that supplies are available on all times and all items which have reached minimum level have been order on time
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance, with a minimum of 2 years qualifying experience in same position.
- Familiar with FIFO system is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy are essential.
- Preferred age between 25 – 30 years
- Position STORE ASSISTANT (To be based in Central Kalimantan & Batu Licin)
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
(To Be Base in Kalimantan)
Responsibilities :(To Be Base in Kalimantan)
- Ensure smooth financial operations including payroll, tax payments/returns, Creditors management, cash flow management, and prepare and submit of financial records
- Manage all the costs related to stocks are properly accounted with inventory systems and control
- Ensure the set procedures are followed in carrying out duties and proper controls for assets of the locations in charge
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance, with a minimum of 3 years qualifying experience in manufacturing or agriculture based environment
- Experience in Tax Law or Tax Planning will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Accounting Program System & Possess good analytical skills
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy are essential
- Preferred age between 25 – 30 years
Data Base Administration - Statistic
Responsibilities:
- Database Administration & Agriculture Statistics: administrate Agrisoft Oil Palm Management (OMP version 8.4.5 or higher) and Agriculture Statistical Analysis of trials for crop projection, fertilizer recommendation and Agronomy Advisory;
- Personal Assistant to Agronomy Advisor;
- General Administration of Agronomy & Quality Assurance Department.
- Bachelor (S1) Degree in Computer Science (Database Administration) or Agriculture Science (Statistic)
- Male / Female (≥ 28 years old)
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in office and database administration in Plantation industry
- Good Secretarial skills (Must)
- Good English skills (preference)
- Computer skills i.e. competent in Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point or equivalent
- Working experience with Agrisoft-System Oil Palm Management Program
- Willing to work in remote area
