PERTAMINA is a State Owned oil & gas company (National Oil Company), established on December 10, 1957 under the name PT PERMINA. In 1961 the company changed its name to PN PERMINA and after the merger with PN PERTAMIN in 1968 it became PN PERTAMINA. With the enactment of Law 8 of 1971 the company became PERTAMINA. This name persisted until after PERTAMINA changed its legal status to PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) on October 9, 2003. PERTAMINA’s scope of business incorporates the upstream and downstream sectors. VP Research & Development
Responsible"- Managing all aspects related to innovation, improving quality and competitiveness of products and the process of refining oil.
- Setting up methods and determine the specification of devices to improve quality and increase reliability labs, materials handling and product support for the process plant.
- Oversee and ensure smooth technology transfer and implementation of new technology.
- Develop ideas to create new products or improve the quality and products that already exist.
- Min S2 degree, S3 are preferred
- Having experience min. 10 years in Research and Development at leading oil and gas company or institution’s
- Having experience min. 5 years in managerial position
- Having the ability to maintain a partnership network actively and strong.
Tax Specialist (Ahli Pajak)
Responsible:- Preparing tax reports analyze and monitor the implementation of the design of tax-management strategies to optimize the efficient payment of tax still keep up with the tax reporting obligations in accordance with government regulations and company.
- Provide professional input and advice on all forms of transactions or agreements with third-party vendor or for all functions that are in the company.
- Guarantee the relationship of cooperation with government institutions to obtain information related tax policy.
- S1 Accounting / Management
- Have a license (brevet) tax certificate A, B, and C
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office and SAP
- Have work experience in the field of Taxation and / or Customs min. 5 years
- Understand and able to perform analysis of compliance in meeting tax obligations of the applicable provisions in Indonesia such as the provision of general taxation and procedure (KUP), value-added tax (VAT), income tax (PPH), Land and building tax (PBB), and local tax retribution (PDRP), customs and excise.
- Ability to provide advice and input on the tax problems that arise in daily company operation
