Capacity Marketing & New Venture Officer (CMNV)
Report to : Capacity Marketing & New Venture Manager
Qualification :
- Min bachelor degree (Master would be advantage) in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, Law from a reputable university with min. GPA 2.75.
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Business, preferably Oil & Gas Business and able to make presentations to potential buyers and sellers.
- Posses the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels and has self excellent in promoting himself as valuable person
- Willingness to travel extensively and the ability to work in an aggressive results-driven business environment.
- Strong leadership and highly motivated and able to maintain stable performance under pressure.
- Reliable, proactive, open, honest and co-operative person
- Willing to be work overtime and tight schedule.
Job Description :
- Negotiate Gas Transportation Agreements, Facility Agreements, Amendments, Partnership Agreements, Operations & Maintenance Agreements with annual value of $5 Million to $50 Million in order to increase capacity utilization and regulated returns.
- Expand TGI’s business outside of current operating areas and business by negotiating Gas Transportation Agreements, facility Agreements, Amendments, Partnership Agreements, Operations & Maintenance Agreements, etc with annual value of US$ 5 Million to US$50 Million with managerial control & review of results (regulated)
- Capture opportunities and identify new suppliers and new markets in order to invest in incremental CAPEX from company’s pipelines.
- Capture opportunities for TGI to invest in large new projects
- Prepare presentation and conduct presentation of projects to BOD in order to attain final approval in timely manner.
- Establish broad industry contacts with producers, off takers, regulator and lawyers to ensure effective business relationships in supporting the achievement of increased capacity.
- Lead cross-functional teams generally including engineering, operations, legal & finance.
- Negotiates agreements (prime) representing TGI with partners, customers, lawyers, lenders, etc.
- Where precedents do not exist, work with manager or director to develop TGI position on the new issue.
- Plans own work and coordinate activities with other member of inter department team and/or other employee outside department / organization in order to work effectively and efficient.
- Analyze and identify problems within the group and gets involved with problems or issues and remove any obstacles to ensure group success.
- Responsible for own personnel development and develop others (subordinates) according to the task assigned in order to foster long term learning and development.
- Work cooperatively with others, be part of the team, work together, in order to help team achieve its target.
- Work and try to addressed both internal and external customer needs to meet customer satisfaction.
- Undertake new tasks and additional responsibility, take action as anticipations and do extra mile to enhance job results and avoids problems.
