Requirements:
- Educational background: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Management
- 5 years of wider commercial experience recommended
- Fluent in English both in oral and written
- Open Minded and Good in analytical thinking
- Shows creativity and Leadership
- Negotiation & Presentation skill
- Category & Channel Management
- Develop & implement a strategy in a specific trade channel ensuring alignment of both consumer and trade activities
- Understand the channel’s dynamics and channel customers - manage insight on shoppers, customers, and competitors.
- Responsible for managing and ensuring proper level of activities in the channel
- Develop plans for all major categories within the channel
- Monitor trade spend, analyze and implement effective trade schemes for the channel
- Market visit and monitor promo implementation via sales force
- Monitor Competitor Activity, Analyse Market Situation and Propose Action Plan
- Responsible for managing the budget for all trade activities within the channel.
- Ensure implementation of merchandising guidelines
- Periodic Product Assortment review for each category within the channel
