GENERAL QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Up to 5 years working experience in training and development
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Having good communication and presentation skill
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop training needs analysis
- Develop training materials and modules
- Organize & deliver training development occasion
