Project Execution Manager (PEM – Your Name)

Key Responsibility
Coordinate and / or manage the execution of projects, using good project management practice to ensure that company supplies to customer the required quality product on a timely basis and achieve the targeted margin. Support Engineering and Technical Support Group, as necessary during proposal development and contract negotiations.

Successful candidate should has the following qualifications:
  • University degree in Engineering, Marine, Electrical, Mechanical preferred
  • More than 6 years experience in the project management, operation, maintenance and commissioning of power plant of process plant
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written is compulsory
  • Thorough knowledge of word Processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, and project management software
  • Demonstrated ability to complete the task as scheduled
  • Managerial or Supervisory experience required
  • Extensive travel required including remote plant locations
  • Extensive and living in remote project locations required
Sales Engineer (Sales – Your Name)

Key Responsibility
Responsible for maintaining relationship with customers, identifying and developing opportunity to become a successful sales by supporting and providing solution to customer and be a partner of success for their equipment and/or plant operation and maintenance and to eventually fulfill company objective in the area of sales target, and margin while as a representative of company, maintain high standards of integrity.

Successful candidate should has the following qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in an Engineering or related field with 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Indonesia and English
  • Half of which should be in field sales or proposal engineering, or a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
Proposal Engineer
(Code: Proposal Engineer APESI – Your Name)

Key Accountabilities
Accountable for completes proposal development covering commercial and technical aspects including contact throughout the bid process (pre bid, proposal and post bid). Development is prepared with limited assistance from Supervisor/Manager.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in engineering or related field for engineer
  • Over 5 years professional experiences covering technical and commercial sides of the business, half of which should be preferably in field of sales or proposal engineering in the area of power generation, EPC company or relevant industries.
  • Able to generate bill of quantity for material, consumable and manpower based on available drawings and/or defined scope of equipment installation or repair works and subsequently produce cost estimation
  • Have a good understanding on power generation equipment; boilers, steam & gas turbine, generator, environmental products
  • Experience in sales fields or proposal engineering would be advantageous
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skill both in Indonesia and English,
  • Good understanding on database programming.
  • Understanding of terms and conditions, capable in preparing financial model and makes bid comparison/variance analysis
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Senior Secretary (Sr. Secretary – Your Name)

Key Responsibility
Provide full-scope of secretarial and administrative support to Power Service General Manager

Successful candidate should has the following qualifications:
  • Hold Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years experience in the performance of responsible secretarial work.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs
  • Good written and verbal communications skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Fair organizational skills.
