NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Code: NKAM)

The successful candidate will be report to Sales & Distribution Director

He or she will be fully responsible in
  • To developed and maintaining relationship with key account through developing annual business plan for 12-13 stores
  • Responsible in achieving sales and profit target for each key account
  • Responsible in managing direct key account operational team in Jakarta
  • Responsible in forecasting for Jakarta operational and key account outside Jakarta
  • Responsible in developing executing Brand activities and objective in Key Account
  • Responsible in developing Road Map to execute annual Trading term with Key Account
  • Responsible in achievement of excellent Merchandising Presence in store
Requirements:
  • Male or female with maximum age 35 years old
  • S1 Degree From Any Discipline, MM will be advantage
  • Proven track record in field sales and field sales management with minimum experience 5-8 years. Preferable in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries prefer from a non food industries also with multi National Company background
  • Having experience in key account management
  • Mastery of sales-force development planning and techniques
  • Mastery to prepare sales forecast and its implementation
  • Mastery to develop an effective customer relationship strategy
  • Good knowledge in trade promotion activities
  • High standard written and spoken English
  • Energetic, good communication and negotiation skill, dynamic, has leadership skill, decision making
