RESPONSIBILITY:
Manage and control all safety activities, develop and implementation of SHE program and SHE training activities to provided effectiveness and compatible program refer to company policies and guideline, provide the accident report and analysis, Conduct inspection & Audit.
QUALIFICATION:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Engineering
- Having 3 experiences in the same field
- Having Knowledge certificate of ISO 9001: 2000, 14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001: 2007, AK3
- Having knowledge of Safety regulation /legal required
- Excellent in Computer (MS Office)
- Able to communicate in English (Oral & Written) is a must
Payroll Supervisor (PS)
RESPONSIBILITY:
Carry out all payroll activities such process monthly payroll (Employee salary), prepare monthly report of headcount, accrual, jamsostek, tax, annual leave, salary budgeting, last payment/resignation, working hours, HRIS (New hired, transferring, absenteeism, resignation, termination, employee incentive/ bonus, support in PA calculation).
QUALIFICATION:
- Degree in Accountancy / Economic
- Having 3 experiences in the same field
- Excellent in Computer (MS Office)
- Able to communicate in English (Oral & Written) is a must
- Having Knowledge of HRIS, SAP & Tax would be advantage
