Responsibilities
Coordinate day to day activities of all resources in his responsible shift/area. Achieve targets in terms of quality and quantity. To ensure production process are executed consistently, aligned with the company’s SOP.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree (S-1) in a relevant discipline (technical/ mechanical/ chemical engineering)
Minimum of 3 years of production experience.
Having basic leadership, good problem solving skills.
Mature, eye for detail, able to work shift, working under pressure
Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing.
Age : 30 – 35 years
