Responsibilities:

• Leading marketing team under their supervision
• Responsible to manage marketing officer's daily activities in order to achieve marketing target
• Coaching and motivating the marketing officers under their supervision

Requirements:

• Male/female, max 35 years old
• Min. D3 Degree in any discipline, with min. GPA 2.75
• Having experiences in sales / marketing (in finance and banking products), min. 3 years
• Having experiences as a team leader or supervisor, min. 1 year
• Having a good communication and interpersonal skill
• High motivated and target oriented personality
