Professional Medical Representative (PMR AI - 101208)
The incumbent is responsible for maximizing Specialty Care – AI business opportunities in targeted physician or practitioner offices and key hospital accounts. The functions include maintaining AI products in an advantageous and growing position, developing and implementing pull through sales programs to strengthen utilization through providers affiliated with key managed care accounts.
The incumbent will report to Regional Sales Manager and will be located in Samarinda.
Experience & Job Knowledge Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience as a Medical Representative.
- Having CMRT (Medical Representative Training Certification).
- Ability to deliver and increase sales target of promoted products through effective territory management and sales execution.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and utilize available information to ensure that every opportunity to meet sales goals is maximized.
- Appropriately and effectively utilize available to drive sales with key customers, in line with key account management through a solid relationship and thereby could have accurate data included competitors and the competitors landscape.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies in the potential customers; provide presentations and sponsor programs to expand the knowledge of health care professionals.
- Ability to offer continuing education opportunities as appropriate; and continually educate self on latest information related to disease states, treatments and the changing business environment.
- Good command of English language.
- Good communicator.
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to build relationship with external customers.
- High energy, self-starter and business focus with high integrity.
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Management.
