Sales Management Trainee ( SMT )

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will responsible to ensure smooth distribution activities of all Sales Executive within the area boundaries, provides execution to maintain consistency of distribution level target and monitor product availability, freshnes, visibility, and price within incumbent's sales area in order to maintain product competitiveness which meet the Area Sales Manager business plan given

Requirements:

• Hold D4/S1 degree from all education background maximum 5 years ago with min GPA 3.00
• Having max 3 years experience as supervisor in Sales/Marketing area, preferably from Distribution/FMGC Companies;
• Willing to be relocated to all around Indonesia is a must;
• Having good analytical thinking, initiative and communication sill;
• Can work either is team or individually;
• Fluent in English is an advantage.
