Responsible for underwriting process and ensuring process are in line with rules.
Requirements:
Managing the overdue accounts as well as be responsible for bad debt performance. Required to lead and coach the Local Collections Team to achieve agreed lending and collections targets. This part of the business will be extremely customer facing with daily challenges to ensure customers honour their agreements. Experience of bad debt resolution is vital for this role.

Requirements:
Establishing the field survey to collecting the required data and information such as demography, customer / merchant opinion, branch premises, competitor analysis and merchant mapping to performing the comprehensive opening new branch feasibility study.
Requirements:
Responsible for managing entire branch operations (sales, customer care, and collection). Develops new business, retains customers, and manages the loan portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing new sources of business, providing knowledge and expertise to employees regarding loan products, credit and delinquency decisions, difficult account problems, and servicing accounts. The Branch Manager also manages human resources, establishes production goals, optimizes profitability and controls operating expenses.
Based area: JAKARTA – BANDUNG – SEMARANG – SOLO – SURABAYA
Requirements:
Manage the underwriting process and responsible for loan quality performance. Make sound credit decisions based on qualitative and quantitative analysis on timely basis with accuracy in risk grades in line with Group credit principles and policy and ensure effective risk management practices are followed.

Requirements:
Male / Female Max. 35 years.
Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputed university.
Min 2 years of working experience in financing business, preferably from multifinance company.
Having expertise about credit recommendation.
Having an interest to digging and doing deep analysis.
Strong business sense and financial analysis.
Problem solving skills coupled with decision making ability.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leaderships to manage and develop subordinates.
Ability to communicate in English will be an added advantage.

Credit Analyst
Responsible for underwriting process and ensuring process are in line with rules.
- Do quality checks of information prior key in to the system by Data Entry.
- Review duplicate check, black list and negative info from external and internal sources.
- Review scoring results from scorecards and recommend further action based on the results (initial approve / decline).
- Approve/decline and give recommendation for deviations found based on authority level- Give order to surveyor / telesurveyor for verification purposes and / or re-survey if necessary.
- Review survey results and give recommendation for further proceed the application.
- Verify original docs submitted by customer.
- Prepare counter offer to customer by authority level basis.
- Prepare necessary docs prior disbursement.
- Print necessary documents to be informed to the customer.
- Male / Female Max. 30 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring economics.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the same field.
- Good administration & operational function.
- Hard working and able to work under pressure.
- Has a good interpersonal and negotiation skill.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to communicate in English will be an added advantage.
