Consumer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Degree from any discipline
- Minimum GPA 2, 75
- Having experience as marketing staff from banking or any financial industry would be an advantage
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Having wide networking and target oriented
- Fluent in English
Bidding & Pricing Officer (B&P)
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, from any discipline from reputable university
- Min. has 1 year experience
- Understand procurement & premises banking system and procedure
- Good command in English (oral and written)
- Good Communication and interpersonal skill
- Computer literate
- Support request variance goods from internal customer
- Analyze requirement detail of goods, make request for quotation, and conduct bidding, clarification & negotiation with vendor
- Maintain & update SLA monitoring, finishing pending items
- Responsible to provide RFQ, SLA procurement
- Maintenance various procurement & premises banking processes
- Communicate, handling complains & prepare analytical reports of any kind of complain
- Monitor & track the resolution of complain
