Express Service Representative - Bandung (Code: ESR BAN - PLB)

Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to provide customer with service assistance and provide service support to Relationship Managers

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in any related discipline from a reputable university with a Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess General Banking Knowledge
• Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Customer Service oriented, proactive & has excellent interpersonal skill
• Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
• Applicants must be willing to work at any HSBC Branches in Bandung
