The incumbent will be responsible to achieve the company's premium brand position in the Indonesian cement market.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience with Brand Development/diagnosing brand issues. Having Experience on Brand Management, Supervisory/People Management. This job requires sufficiency in a specialized field based on an understanding of concept and principles normally associated with professional or academic qualification or gained through a detailed gaps of involved practicies and procedures in this fields.
Field Support Officer
The incumbent will be responsible to help all those involved in the design and use of cement to get the right design and application and to increase market share and market volume by providing maximum costumer satisfaction on our products through professional support, and field testing.
Requirements:
University degree, preverable from Civil Engineering, Having minimum 2 years experience in relevant field such as QA, QC, technical support areas of a concrete/mortar/other cement bae material industry. Used to work with tight deadline and under pressure. Good analitycal and problem solving skills. Able to operate MS Office sofware.
Territory Sales Officer
The incumbent will be responsible to manage Distribution and Sales force within his/her own control area in order to ensure sales volume, market coverage, market share and profitability are achieved.
Requirements:
University degree, preferable from Civil Engineering, Architecture. Having minimum 3 years experience in distribution, retail sales & marketing. Good leadership, coaching and presentation skills, good reporting skills as well as ability to solve problem. He/she must have a good command of English, both oral & written, good communication skills to deal with all level of business.
Service Provider - 6 month project
The incumbent will be responsible to Supervise and provide technical support for Solusi Rumah Project in other locations, provides sales and technical support to prospective client, monitor sales in the SR CPM and respected retailers.
Requirements:
University degree, from Architecture. Having minimum 2 years experiance in sales & marketing. Good leadership, coaching and presentation skills, good reporting skills as well as ability to solve proble. Having a good command of English in a significant plus.
