Dept Capital Market Associate
Responsibilities:
his is a Jakarta-based position and is responsible for assisting the completion of debt capital projects to meet the department's revenue objectives.
Requirements:
- Have minimum of 5 years experienced in debt capital markets or corporate finance.
- Well-versed in government regulation and requirements.
- Holding license from Bapepam.
- Holding CFA certificate is an advantages.
- Proficient in software application e.g: Powerpoint, Excel and Words.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
Legal - Manager
Responsibilities:
This is a Jakarta-based position and is responsible for the following:
- Perform review on legal documents, negotiations, and drafting of legal documents, evaluate business area/ activities to assess compliance with regulatory, legal and group requirements.
- Liaise with Regulators on legal-related matters.
- Liaise with Regional, group compliance and other external parties on legal matters.
Requirements:
- Have minimum of 3 years experienced in Compliance Department or Audit in the Financial or Securities Industry.
- Hold degree in Law.
- Be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both in writing and Speaking
- Be excellent in writing skill
- Computer literacy in Words, Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities:
This is a Jakarta-based position and is responsible for executing orders from clients efficiently so as to minimize errors and ensure "best executions" all times.
Requirements:
- Have minimum of 2 yrs experienced in a Dealing capacity.
- Has obtained broker licenses from BAPEPAM.
- Good networking and client based
- Sharp, motivated and ambitious toward goal and target.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
Retail Analyst
Responsibilities:
This is a Jakarta-based position and is responsible to conduct comprehensive analysis on day-to-day market condition, for sound recommendations on investments strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Have several years experience as assistant research analyst or similar capacity in financial related industry
- Thorough understanding of technical and fundamental analysis
- Hold Bachelor Degree in Finance or Economic, or other relevant fields
- Be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both in writing and speaking
- Be excellent at writing and communication skill
