HEAD OFFICE

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT HEAD (LD)

Responsible to develop and deliver of all learning and development program. The scope includes developing curriculum and course, managing Management Development Program, and managing learning facility and infrastructure. The candidate should have strong ability in analyzing, developing & evaluating program, have a good budget & project management, and posses excellent presentation and communication skills. Min 8 to 10 years HR experience particularly in learning & development area.



ORGANIZATION & DEVELOPMENT HEAD (OH)

Responsible to developing plan and program for enhancing the effectiveness of the organization, and analysis and reporting HR data. The candidate should have strong facilitation and communication skill, and have good knowledge in all area of HR min. 8 years experience in HR.


HR SPECIALIST (HS)

Responsible to develop, diagnose and launch HR system and procedure, align with HR business strategy. The candidate should have strong analytical skill, and have experience in HR system development in all HR disciplines such as Compensation, Performance Management, Organization Development, Learning and Development, Assessment (certified and psychology education background will be preferred) and talent Management. Experience in HRIS is an advantage, min. 2 years.

CARD LOYALTY HEAD (CH)

Responsible to initiate, drive and implement loyalty programs as well as create strategy to improve card portfolio effectivity. The candidate should be creative, innovative, and expert in card business area. Min. 8 years experience preferably from banking industry.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (PM)

Responsible to develop and implement banking product/commodity financing, also responsible in maintaining and improving the product. The candidate should have experince in banking credit and banking industry min. 8 years (understanding in commodity business is a benefit).


BRANCH OFFICE

BRANCH MANAGER (BM)

Responsible for increasing branch profit through targeted business acquisition focused on funding and lending. Lead the branch with all operational and marketing activities. Good network and analytical skill, strong leadership, good communication & influence skill. Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek, West Java, Cantral Java, East Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua.

MARKETING FUNDING OFFICER (FO)

Responsible for achieving target business for funding and credit card. Good networking and target oriented. Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek, West Java, Cantral Java, East Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua.

CREDIT CARD OFFICER (CCO)

Responsible for achieving target business for credit card. Good networking and target oriented. Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek, West Java, Cantral Java, East Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua.

ACCOUNT OFFICER (AO)

Responsible for achieving commercial/consumer business growth through targeted business acqusition. Experinece in Banking & Financial business min 1 year (consumer credit) and min. 3 years (commercial credit). High analytical skill & target oriented.

FRONTLINERS (CS/TELLER)

Responsible for processing operational transaction from the costumer with providing best service. Having good appereance, communication skill and costumer service orientation.
