Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:
To be in charge of daily recruitment activities working together with functional departments and third party organization (outsourcing company) in order to fulfill recruitment target.
Requirements:
- Male / Female, maximum 28 years old
- At least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment and familiar with outsourcing company
- Having a good communication and negotiation skill
- Active, dynamic, target and quality oriented
- Willing to do business travel
- Position opened for 2 person
