- Marketing and Product Management knowledge
Maintenance Senior Supervisor
- Make reports and evaluate effectivity of preventive maintenance
- Together with production supervisor to arrange preventive maintenance schedule
- Make stock level for every spare parts based on the using pareto
- Responsible to reduce machine downtime
- Make the internal & external calibration schedule
- Do the calibration and make internal calibration report
- Do the procedure & working instruction evaluation / review and make the revision needed
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in Manufacturing Industry
- Able to do calibration & preventive maintenance
- Experience in handling Mechanical & Electricity problems
- Have a good teamwork ability & leadership
- Have a high drive for result
Industrial Relations
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years working experience in Industrial Relations area
- Maximum 28 years old
- Bachelor Degree preferable in Law
- Concern for quality, strong analytical & negotiation skill, customer service attitude, and good communication skill
- Good Industrial Relations Practices
Personnel Specialist
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years experience in related job / the same job
- Maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree preferable in Accounting

Oracle Database Administrator
Qualifications:- Min. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.00
- Preferably min. 3 years working experience in facilitate the implementation of ERP in the area of Finance & Accounting/ Human Resources (Design, Develop/ Build, Test & Deploy), translate Business Process into Application Setup
- Mastered Oracle r11 Financial/ HR modules
