Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to ensure all deals are telephone confirmed to counter parties on deal date where only a letter is dispatched, matched immediately all inward confirmations received and follow up any unmatched confirmations, as well as to investigate for unmatched confirmations and chase customers of unresolved unmatched deals before settlement date.

The jobholder is full responsible to work closely with relevant departmental users, collect the required information related to quality performance and quick hits initiatives as well as perform regular quality checks, review, and analyze monthly dashboard and management information against its standard/business target, monitoring quick hit results, identifying and preparing key highlight summary in clear and comprehensive reporting.

Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to investigate the fraud case or potential fraud case; reveal all the information to proven the fraud case, find evident and take action to reduce the bank loss as well as liaise with law enforcement and security representatives from the industry.

- Understand in Credit Card business will be preferred
