AM Direct Sales SME (Acquisition) (Job Code: CBA-08)

Responsibilities:

The jobholder is responsible to increase/grow market share of Commercial Banking customers and eventually to maximize shareholder value in line with the strategic and operating objectives; must plan, coordinate, coach, motivate, lead, and monitor the sales team in ensuring achievement of the acquisition objectives.

Requirements:
  • Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Has minimum 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in banking
  • Good knowledge on Bank’s products and procedures
  • Sufficient sales coordination skill

Supervisor Confirmation And Matching (Job Code: SUP-08)

Responsibilities:

The jobholder is responsible to ensure all deals are telephone confirmed to counter parties on deal date where only a letter is dispatched, matched immediately all inward confirmations received and follow up any unmatched confirmations, as well as to investigate for unmatched confirmations and chase customers of unresolved unmatched deals before settlement date.

  • Has good communication skill and pay attention to detail

Manager Quality Assurance (Job Code: SUP-08)

Responsibilities:

The jobholder is full responsible to work closely with relevant departmental users, collect the required information related to quality performance and quick hits initiatives as well as perform regular quality checks, review, and analyze monthly dashboard and management information against its standard/business target, monitoring quick hit results, identifying and preparing key highlight summary in clear and comprehensive reporting.

Requirements:

  • Has minimum 3 years experience in banking, managing database and MIS.
  • Has a good leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in English and computer literate are required

Staff Fraud Investigation & Security (Job Code: SUP-08)

Responsibilities:

The jobholder is responsible to investigate the fraud case or potential fraud case; reveal all the information to proven the fraud case, find evident and take action to reduce the bank loss as well as liaise with law enforcement and security representatives from the industry.

Requirements:
  • Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Understand in Credit Card business will be preferred
  • Has a good time management
  • Has good analysis and lateral thinking & judgement
  • Good communication skill and has network on the industry
  • Proficient in English and computer literate are required
  • Reliable, pleasant personality and able to work with team
