Responsibilities:
- Explain detailed technical aspects/ solutions to customers and partners
- Be responsible for generating proposals and quotations; presenting and articulating proposal to customer
- Develop and maintain close marketing and sales relationship
- Work closely with account managers and be the primary liaison person for providing related information, and addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
- Help customers identify their issues, needs and requirements
- Minimum Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
- More than 3 years’ experience in telecom industry as pre-sales technical support engineer
- Knowledge of Switch, Access, GSM, CDMA, Transmission equipment
- Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
- Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, aggressive and good communication skills
- Proficient in English
