And now, we are looking for high calibre candidates to fill in below position:


  • Handle for Car Management
  • Supporting departmental office activities
  • Support engineer duration account: calculate expatriates working period and registration for expatriate
  • Expatriate overseas allowance account
  • Fixed asset Management
  • Other administration work
  • Diploma (D-3) Degree major in administration, management or related discipline
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and literate in basic computer skill
  • Mandarin language active for read & write is a must
  • Strong customer service mind and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent ability to analyze, judge and coordinate among departments
  • Excellent ability to organize, plan and implement
  • Good knowledge in telecommunication, good experience of technical support service in telecommunication system
  • Good at management skill
  • Like to work in details
  • Pleasant personalities


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Organizes the day-to-day activities of documentation; ensures the information is updated daily
  2. Ensures and control bank documents filed in connection with the company¢s rules and settings
  3. Data entry of database report and update consistently
  4. Checks and verifies in detail the approval certificate of documents and submitted to the Project Head or other direct reporting superior
  5. Responsible for reporting and distribution of the document

  • Degree in Management / Administration is required.
  • At least 1 years experience in managing documentation and filling.
  • Be able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Action oriented results driven, aggressive and persistent.
  • Energetic & Team Player.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

  1. To produce a variety of correspondence, reports
  2. To organize and maintain files of departmental correspondence, records, etc., and follow up on pending matters.
  3. Handling project documents and responsible for documents filing
  4. To schedule appointment and coordinate arrangements for meetings.
  5. To prepare regular reports, gathering and summarizing data, information updates, departmental monthly. expenditure forecast and processing of expenses claims.
  6. Provide administrative support
  7. Maintain official records of the company's business and keep under review terms of reference of each departments
  • Female below 30 years old
  • Working experience at least 2 years in related field.
  • Have a diploma degree at least D3.
  • Able to work independently with min supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to allow interaction at all levels of personnel in various functions.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Possess positive working attitude and able to handle pressure independently.
  • Energic, flexible, adaptable in multi-culture environment and independent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Details minded, self-motivated and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines

Customer Support Representative
  • Acting as the customer's primary interface into the call management process and represents their interests and the Service Delivery Centre needs to meet service commitments.
  • Responsibilities for any given request include: handling telephone calls, e-mail, fax ,monitoring mailboxes for new e-mail (fax, and e-mail).
  • Perform user confirmation on record closing.
  • Collecting information from the caller and recording it into logging tool.
  • Diagnosing problems and determining the severity.
  • Updating the user on the call status, and confirming with the user that problem is fixed.
  • Making the month, quarter statistic report two part:
  • Call center month, quarter report
  • The TT (Trouble ticket) system Maintenance and report

  • Has basic technical background to communicate with technical support
  • Has background with customer service center especially call center preferred
  • Disciplined and has sense of urgency
  • Able to articulate correctly the problem and status of the situation
  • Flexible and open-minded to deal with a variety of situation and people
  • Flexible and open-minded to adapt to changes
  • Good interpersonal communication
  • Able to work under pressure and crisis situation, and at odd hours
  • Understand Call Management process
  • Has IT working experience for at least 1 year
  • Has communication industry experience is an added advantage
  • Has problem management and change management related work experience is an added advantage
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin both spoken and written; Cantonese is an added advantage
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
