1. Mechanical Engineering (code : A1)

• Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering
• GPA minimum 2.75 ( scale of 4 )
• Maximum age 27 years old
• Minimum TOEIC Score 405 (will be conducted during selection phase)
• Willing to be placed at business unit site in Indonesia
  

2. Electrical Engineering (electronics) (code : A2)

• D3/Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering (electronics)
• GPA minimum 2.75 ( scale of 4 )
• Maximum age 27 years old
• Minimum TOEIC Score 405 (will be conducted during selection phase)
• Minimum Willing to be placed at business unit site in Indonesia
  

3. Accounting (code : A3)

• Diploma degree in Accounting
• GPA minimum 3.00 ( scale of 4 )
• Maximum age 27 years old
• Minimum TOEIC Score 405 (will be conducted during selection phase)

4. Geodesi (code : A4)

• Diploma degree in Geodesi
• GPA minimum 2.75 ( scale of 4 )
• Maximum age 27 years old

B. Bachelor Staff
1. Legal (Business Law) (code : B1)

• Bachelor degree in Legal/Business Law
• Having knowledge in law aspect in economic/business law
• GPA minimum 3.00 ( scale of 4 )
• Having experience in Governance Relations
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum TOEIC Score 605 (will be conducted during selection phase)
• Willing to be placed at business unit site in Indonesia
  

2. Accounting (code : B2)

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• GPA minimum 3.00 ( scale of 4 )
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum TOEIC Score 605 (will be conducted during selection phase)
• Willing to be placed at business unit site in Indonesia
  

3. Informatics/Computer Science (code: B3)

• Bachelor degree in Informatics/Computer Science
• Having experience in Analyst Sistem & SOP (code: B3A)
• Having experience in Database Administrator (code : B3B)
• GPA minimum 3.00 ( scale of 4 )
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum TOEIC Score 605 (will be conducted during selection phase)
• Willing to be placed at business unit site in Indonesia
  

4. Metallurgical Engineering (code: B4)

• Bachelor degree in Metallurgical Engineering
• GPA minimum 2.50 ( scale of 4 )
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum TOEIC Score 605 (will be conducted during selection phase)

5. Geological Engineering (code : B5)

• Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering

7. Exploration Mining Engineering (code: B7)

• Bachelor degree in Exploration Mining Engineering
• GPA minimum 2.50 ( scale of 4 )
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum TOEIC Score 605 (will be conducted during selection phase)
• Willing to be placed at business unit site in Indonesia
  

C. Experience Staff
1. Good Corporate Governance Staff (code : C1)

• Min. S1 degree
• Maximum age 35 years old
• GPA minimum 2.75 ( scale of 4 )
• Min. 2 - 5 years experience, preferable in mining industry
• Having knowledge in Good Corporate Governance Indonesia (KNKG) and ASX Corporate Governance Principles
• Having experience in GCG Implementation
• Good communication skill, cooperative, & energic
• Minimum TOEIC Score 605 (will be conducted during selection phase)
• Willing to be placed at business unit site in Indonesia
  

2. Geological Engineering (code : C2)

• Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering
• Minimum has 5 -10 years experience in related position
• GPA minimum 2.50 ( scale of 4 )
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum TOEIC Score 605 (will be conducted during selection phase)
• Willing to be placed at business unit site in Indonesia
  

3. Mining Engineering (code : C3)

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Minimum has 5 -7 years experience
• GPA minimum 2.50 ( scale of 4 )
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum TOEIC Score 605 (will be conducted during selection phase)
• Willing to be placed at business unit site in Indonesia
