Marketing Communication Manager

Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the marketing budget and plan to deliver increased sales and traffic at the mall. Also responsible to ensure the creation and forward planning of a strategic annual marketing plan using the analysis of the customer demographics and previous retail mall experience. Responsible to develop and maintain communication with both retailers and internal.
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years related experience in malls/retail
  • Have strong communication & leadership skills
Advertising and Promotion Officers Marcomm

Responsible for assisting A & P coordinator in implementing high quality promotional activities and to drive customers visit to the malls. Maintain good relations with tenants and suppliers. Responsibilities also includes assisting marketing team in coordinating and implementing the market plan and monitoring activities of A & P Division
  • Bachelor degree in any major, preferable Public Relations
  • Experience in A & P Mall min 1 year
Tenant Relation Officer

Responsible for implementing and maintaining high quality relations with all mall tenants both at mall level and retailer head office level. Implement communications and training programs for tenants to ensure excellence in retailing via visual merchandising, customer service standards and encourage participation in mall activities
  • Experienced in TR mall min 1 year
  • Retail background/experience
  • Mandarin may be advantage
Senior Public Relations Coordinator

Support marketing initiatives by assisting in creating, planning, executing and evaluating public relations and communications programs. Duties include writing creative press releases and promotional materials, implementing and coordinating press gatherings, collecting and distributing press clippings, developing targeted media lists, must have key contacts in the media industry
  • Bachelor degree in Public Relations
  • Min 3 years experience, with proven track record
Administrative Staff Marcomm

Support creation of proposals, collateral, management presentations as well as a variety of administrative duties. Support marketing manager and team in coordinating and implementing marketing plan. Tasks include assisting in development duties; maintain effective administrative control over various programs via excellent communication skills with customers, tenants and suppliers
  • Diploma / bachelor degree in communication or any discipline

Customer Service Officer

Responsible to serve and facilitate customers by providing information about the mall, services, tenants, events and car call

  • Height for male 170 cm and female 160 cm
  • Hotel industry and service background favoured

Visual Art Officer Marcomm

Responsible for assisting A & P Coordinator to supervise visual art of mall signage, decorations, and promotional events. Oversee visual merchandise and product display of shops, exhibitions and casual leasing activities. Must have eye for detail and high standards.
  • Bachelor degree in architecture / design interior or related major
  • Experienced in signage & design interior mall min 2 years
  • Can use most of design software, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Free Hand, 3D-max
Graphic Designers Marcomm

Responsible to interpret the malls creative and strategic advertising and promotional needs and developing a concept to suit its purpose. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts; using innovation to redefine a design briefe within the constrains of cost and time
  • Diploma / bachelor degree in graphic design / any discipline
  • At least 2 years experience as graphic designer, mall experienced preffered
  • Min D3 in Design Graphic or related major
  • Experienced in Advertising agency / graphic house min 1 year
  • Can use most of design software, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Free Hand


IT Staff

Responsible for setting up, maintaining and supporting all IT office activities, LAN and internet. Update and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Min D3 / Bachelor degree of technical information / computer science
  • Experience in the same field min 1 year
  • Software and hardware knowledge
  • Networking and database knowledge
  • Have an ability in troubleshooting


Leasing Senior Manager

Responsible to pursue new retailers as well as reviewing the existing tenants, preparing business and leasing plan.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Admin
  • At least 2 years experience in retail leasing in shopping malls
Leasing Officer

Responsible for all leasing activities including briefings, follow up, rental administration. Maintain good relations with all shop owner / tenant / prospective tenant. Also to assist leasing manager to fulfill the vacant units and to meet the target revenue
  • Diploma degree at any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail leasing at shopping mall
Casual Leasing Officer

Responsible to generate casual leasing income & activities to achieve targets. Maintain database & ensure professionalism of activities of casual leasing areas
  • Diploma degree in Marketing or any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience at malls / retail
  • Liaise with Event Organizer or exhibitor to lease exhibition area and to achieve target for the center
Sales Staff

Responsible for sales and leasing of units in strata malls
  • Min diploma degree in any discipline
  • Min 1 year experience in sales
  • Able to work with targets / results focused


Deputy Center Director

Reporting to the Center Director the candidate requires good financial skills, strong team leadership, the ability to handle a high degree of autonomy, vision to drive the business and increase profitability through new initiatives
  • Previous experience in Shopping Center Management, Retail Management, or Hospitality Management
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or finance
Operational Chief

Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the corporation and for operations management. Also responsible for the development design, operation and improvement systems that create and deliver the mall’s product / services
  • Bachelor / Master degree from reputable university in related major
  • Min 4 years experience with proven track record
Chief Engineering

Responsible for ensuring effective project management and maintenance of systems; planning, material control, cost control; managing all material costs; maintaining and controlling all building equipment; analyzing the effect of proposed system changes; writing reports of building maintenance; planning systems; and other matter necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • 5-7 years experience in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing, HVAC in high rise building, construction, shopping center or hotel
  • Experience in health and safety systems, equipment installation and software issues
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of building equipment, troubleshooting skills, and also project management
M/E Engineering Supervisor (ME)

Responsible in supporting the Chief of Engineering in building maintenance, planning system, and other matter concerning center equipment and systems
  • D3 graduated, major in Mechanical and Electrical
  • Min 1 year working experience in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, Shopping Center or similar experience
  • Knowledge and experience in working with Auto CAD
Fit-out & Civil Work

Responsible for facilitating shop renovation and/or construction with shop owners / tenants, ensuring that all aspects from design to hand over meet the standard qualification, specification and schedule as prescribed in contract
  • Bachelor degree in Architechture or Engineering
  • Male (age 25-32)
  • Proficient in 3D-max and Auto CAD
  • Min 1 year working experience as Architect Consultant for Malls/Retail
Security and Parking Coordinator

Responsible for enforcing and maintaining parking and security related regulations / policies. Set work schedules to ensure adequate staffing. Handle parking and security related issues, such as repairs and maintenance of dispensers, staff training on proper procedures. Assist with field parking duties during special events, assist with construction and design of directional signs and placement

Responsible for handling HR operation and activities such as: recruitment, administration, training & motivation, etc. Strong knowledge of Man Power Regulation from Government and skill to handle HR daily activities

HRD Admin and Personnel Assistant

Responsible for all administration of HR and GA division and running the recruitment test (Psychological test)

Food Court Supervisor

Coordinate all food court operational activities and ensure that the food court operator provides an excellent performance in delivering the best quality of food giving ample variations in its menu, competitive prices, best customer services and attractive design layout of the food court
  • Diploma 3 degree of any subject
  • Catering Supervisor in hotel at least for 5 years
  • Food Court Supervisor in mall at least for 5 years
  • Min D3 in any related field
  • Min 1 year experience

Support Center Management, including assisting in development of proposals and presentations as well as a variety of administrative duties to ensure that management is free to focus on business concerns and issues, as well as maintain effective administrative control over various programs
  • Diploma / bachelor degree in communication or any discipline
  • At least 1 year related experience in mall / retail
Legal Staff / Admin

Tasks include file data/document, type correspondence of legal documents and administration. Prepare lease agreements, addendum/amandement, sublease, etc

To support Finance Department administration particularly on bank reconciliation, petty cash and cash advance

To monitor and ensure tenant payments are timely

  • Min 2 years experience, preferable at a shopping center
Accounting Staff

Duties include cross checking for incoming and outgoing financial movements, maintain a journal for all assets and monitor the financial performance of the company
  • Min D3 and/or S1 graduate

  • Accounting and tax knowledge
  • Understand Accounting Software
Purchasing Officer

To process purchase requisition by obtaining quotations from suppliers, prepare canvass sheet and PO & WO draft
