Human Resources and Admin Executive

based at : Jakarta, Indonesia

  • Place advertisement and collate CV
  • Screen CV and interview applicants
  • Schedule and arrange candidates for interviews
  • Update and maintain candidate database
  • Network and get referral for market researchers.
  • Organize campus recruitment activities
  • Update and maintain employees’ personal records and leave records
  • Support staff performance review processes
  • Support new staff orientation and training program
  • Submit application for work permits.
  • Support any other recruitment activities and HR functions
  • Good Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Relevant experience in HR or recruitment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Resourceful and can work independently
  • Excellent spoken and written English
