Institutional Sales (INSTIBTIM)

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing or other relevant.
  • Holds around 2 - 3 years of experience in sales/marketing/partnership/business development.
  • Proven experience in mutual fund industry would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in relationship management would be an advantage.
  • Possess certification in WAPERD or WMI will be prioritized.
  • Strong understanding in capital market industry.
  • Great interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, positive and self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Indonesia. 
Digital Business Development (Position Code : DIGIBTIM)

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing or other relevant.
  • Holds around 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing/partnership/business development.
  • Proven experience in the mutual fund industry or financial technology companies would be an advantage.
  • Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn.
  • Proactive, positive and self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision.
  • Track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
  • A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence.
