PT Rekayasa Engineering was established in 2001 as a subsidiary of PT Rekayasa Industri (REKIND). REKIND's share percentage towards PTRE is 80%. REKIND is a reputable engineering services company and is a directly-owned subsidiary company of state-owned fertilizer giant PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting, Law, Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Good communicating skill.
• Have a good knowledge of Human Resource, including compensation practices (payroll), Income Tax (PPh-21), and Indonesian manpower regulation.
