Tenaga Pendamping Professional 

Pendamping Lokal Desa (PLD)

Requirements
  • Minimum background in Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
  • Have experience of village development activities and / or community empowerment for at least 2 (two) years.
  • Have knowledge and ability in organizing the implementation of programs and activities in the Village.
  • Have experience in capacity building, regeneration and community organizing.
  • Have a good understanding about the system of participatory development and village governance.
  • Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal.
  • Capable and able to cooperate with village government officials.
  • Computer literate, minimum Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet programs.
  • Able to work full-time according to standard operational procedures and ready to reside in the duty location.
  • Minimum age 25 and maximum 50 years old at the time of registering.
  • Not a party official of any political party and / or involved in the activities of a political party.
  • Not have a professional contract work with other institutions (Double Contract).
Pendamping Desa Pemberdayaan (PDP)

Requirements
  • Minimum background in Diploma III (D3) all majors.
  • Have experience in the field of village development and or community empowerment for at least 4 years for Diploma III (D-III), 2 (two) years for Bachelor Degree (S-1) and fresh graduate (0 years) for Master Degree ( S-2).
  • Have knowledge and ability in organizing the implementation of programs and activities in the Village.
  • Have experience in capacity building, regeneration and community organizing.
  • Previous experience in facilitating cooperation between community institutions at village level.
  • Have a good understanding about the system of participatory development and village governance.
  • Able to provide training and mentoring include aspects of training facilitation, facilitation of cadre and mastering adult education methodology.
  • Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal.
  • Capable and able to cooperate with village government officials.
  • Computer literate, minimum Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet programs.
  • Able to work full-time according to standard operational procedures and ready to reside in the duty location.

Requirements
  • Minimum background in Diploma III (D3) Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.
  • Have experience in the field of infrastructure development at least 2 (two) years for D3and fresh graduate (0 years) for Bachelor Degree (S-1).
  • Have a good knowledge and expertise in planning, implementation, management and maintenance of infrastructure activities in the Village.
  • Have a good understanding about the system of participatory development and village governance.
  • Technical experience of providing training and construction technical guidance in a simple way.
  • Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal.
  • Capable and able to cooperate with village government officials and villagers.
  • Computer literate, minimum Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet programs.
  • Able to work full-time according to standard operational procedures and ready to reside in the duty location.
  • Minimum age 21 and maximum 50 years old at the time of registering.
