Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (NPPA). LKPP is a non-ministerial government-agency in Indonesia with main duties to implement development and formulation of public procurement policies. LKPP has main tasks to formulate government procurement policy and regulations in Indonesia. In conducting its function and duties, LKPP is under the coordination of the State Minister for the National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS). LKPP has a reporting duty directly to the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

LKPP is organized as 1 Executive Secretary, 1 Inspectorate and 4 Deputy Chairs; Deputy Chair for Strategy and Policy Development, Deputy Chair for Monitoring Evaluation and Development of Information Systems, Deputy Chair for Human Resource Development and Deputy Chair for Legal Affairs and Complaints Handling. Since 3 July 2015, The Agency was lead by Agus Prabowo as the chairman of LKPP.

Staf IT Support (Code : ITS01)

Requirements
  • Male / Female, maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum S1, preferably majoring in Computer Science / Information Systems / Informatics Engineering / Information Management;
  • Able to work in the field of IT / Computer in accordance with the task that has been given.
  • Have a good communication skill.
  • Have integrity and high motivation to work.
  • Have a good problem solving skills, able to work in teams, able to work under pressure, and willing to follow the regulations that apply in the environment LKPP.

Staf IT Developer (Code: ITD01)

Requirements
  • Male / Female, maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum S1 or DIV, majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related majors in IT.
  • Preferably experienced at least 2 years in developing web-based applications or have developed at least 4 web-based and or mobile applications.
  • Preferably have experience in programming, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Documentation, and Software Testing.
  • Have a good understanding about Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process, and Software Requirements.
  • Mastering the web-based programming language java or PHP as well as other supporting web programming languages ​​such as html, xml, javascript, css, json. Preferably for those who master the MVC concept using Play Framework, CodeIgniter Framework or Laravel Framework.
  • Mastering interconnection concepts and techniques between systems using web services.
  • Able to perform algorithm optimization for web applications with high number of users and transactions.
  • Have a good problem solving skills, able to work in teams, able to work under pressure, and willing to follow the regulations that apply in the environment LKPP.
