PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) - PT PII or known as the Indonesia Infrastucture Guarantee Fund (or referred to as "IIGF") is an Indonesian state-owned financial services company with core competencies in infrastructure guarantee. Based in Jakarta, IIGF engaged in providing infrastructure guarantee through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) schemes. IIGF operates primarily as a provider of infrastructure guarantee and serves as government’s single window for appraisal and processing/structuring of guarantees in Indonesia. IIGF is a non-listed state-owned company and is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia. IIGF was formed on 30 December 2009 under the Government Regulation No 35 of 2009. IIGF's head office is located at Capital Place, 7th & 8th Floor Jl Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kav 18 Jakarta 12710.

In 2015, the performance of IIGF is showing good results. IIGF booked total operating revenue of Rp 530 billion in 2014, according to PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com. This reflected  an increase of 34.86% from Rp 393 billion in the previous year (2013). Referring to its annual report, IIGF's net profit grew 39.76% from Rp 249.7 billion in 2013 to Rp 349 billion in 2014.

Social Safeguard Specialist

Requirements
  • Background in Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) in Environmental/Safety Engineering, Forestry, Geographical Science or equivalent.
  • Required experience for minimum 5 years as Social Safeguard Specialist.
  • Have a good understanding of international standard for Land Acquisition (World Bank Safeguard/IFC/ADB Safeguard, SDGs, and etc).
  • Have an experience in dealing with conflict resolution.
  • Preferably have a good understanding of infrastructure regulations.
  • Preferably have a good knowledge of Public Private Partnership (PPP).
  • Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders or government agencies.
  • Able to multi-task several projects at a particular time and highly organize
  • Good level in English is a must.
Assistant Vice President Project Appraisal

Requirements
  • Background in Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) in Civil Engineering, Economics, Finance/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required experience for minimum 8 years in the related filed.
  • Preferably have a good understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP).
  • Preferably have a good knowledge of Project Risk, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Modelling and Risk Management.
  • Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders or government agencies.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Good level in English is a must.
