Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (NPPA). LKPP is the government procurement of goods and services agency in Indonesia. LKPP is a government agency in Indonesia which was formed by the Government of Indonesia with main duties to implement development and formulation of public procurement policies in Indonesia. In 2007, Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) was offically established under the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007. LKPP is under the coordination of BAPPENAS and has a reporting duty directly to the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

LKPP is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940. LKPP is organised as 1 Executive Secretary, 1 Inspectorate and 4 Deputy Chairs; Deputy Chair for Strategy and Policy Development, Deputy Chair for Monitoring Evaluation and Development of Information Systems, Deputy Chair for Human Resource Development and Deputy Chair for Legal Affairs and Complaints Handling. Since 3 July 2015, LKPP was lead by Agus Prabowo as the chairman of NPPA.

Senior Programmer

Requirements

• Male / Female, age maximum of 30 years.
• Background in Bachelor Degree or equivalent (DIV / S1) Department of Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field of IT.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in developing Web-based applications or have developed at least 8 (eight) web-based or mobile applications.
• Have experience of programming, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Documentation, and Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process, and Software Requirements.
• Mastering Java-based web programming language or PHP and other supporting web programming languages; html, xml, javascript, css, json. Preferably for those who master the concepts of MVC using Play Framework, CodeIgniter Framework or Yii Framework.
• Mastering the concepts and techniques of interconnection between systems using web service.
• Able to perform optimization algorithm for web applications with the high number of users and transaction.
• Have a good problem solving ability, able work in a team, able to work under pressure and willing to follow the rules that apply in LKPP.

Programmer

Requirements

• Male / Female, age maximum of 26 years.

• Background in Vocational High School (SMK)/Diploma Degree or equivalent.

Helpdesk Analyst

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree or equivalent (DIV / S1) Department of Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field of IT.

Requirements

• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Have a good problem solving ability, able work in a team, able to work under pressure and willing to follow the rules that apply in LKPP.

Administration Officer

Requirements

• Male / Female, age maximum of 26 years.
• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) Department of Statistics.
• Operating knowledge of computer and internet applications.
• Have a good skills in data processing.
• Have a willingness to learn and develop themselves, able work in a team and willing to follow the rules that apply in LKPP.
• Able to present the results of data processing with good presentation.
• Able to adaptation well and quickly.
• Able to analyze the data.
• Have a good accuracy in processing data and figures.

Program Officer

Requirements

• Female, age maximum of 26 years.
• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) Department of Law / Economics and Management.
• Operating knowledge of computer and internet applications.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Have a willingness to learn and develop themselves, able work in a team and willing to follow the rules that apply in LKPP.
• Able to present the results of data processing with good presentation.
• Able to documenting the work.
• Strong understanding of Civil Law / Constitutional Law / Public Administration.

Junior Trainer dan Dukungan Pengguna

Requirements

• Male / Female, age maximum of 26 years.
• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) Department of Informatics Engineering, Information System, Electrical Engineering.
• Operating knowledge of Windos, Linux and Unix.
• Strong understanding of database application; My SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Able to run Query Database.
• Able to install and operate the network.
• Strong communication skill.
• Have a willingness to learn and develop themselves, able work in a team and willing to follow the rules that apply in LKPP.

Design Grafis

Requriements

• Male / Female, age maximum of 26 years
• Background in Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) Department of Visual Communication Design / Informatics Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems / Electrical Engineering / other majors related to the field of IT
• Fresh Graduate. Preferably for those who have experience in the field of Visual Communication Design
• Operating knowledge of Windows Operating System.
• Able to operate multimedia applications; Photoshop, In Design, Freehand, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Video Shooting & Editing as evidenced by examples of design or portfolio.
• Strong communication skill.
• Have a willingness to learn and develop themselves, have a good problem solving ability, able work in a team, able to work under pressure and willing to follow the rules that apply in LKPP.
