In term of financial performance, LRS’s net income in 2014 reported 34.06% down. According to PT LEN Industri (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT Len Railway Systems booked total net income of Rp 487.41 billion in 2014 as compared with Rp 739.25 billion in 2013. LRS’s operating profit declined by 36.55% to Rp 41.33 billion from Rp 65.15 billion in 2013.

Requirements
- Male, maximum age of 30 years old.
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electro Engineering (Control, Electronics), Physics Engineering or Informatics Engineering.
- Strong academic results with GPA min. 2.75 (accredited A) and 3.00 (accredited B) within 4.00 scales.
- Fluent in English, at least passive.
- Deeply interesting in programming languages and operation system.
- Previous exposures in the field of 3d programming and design will be highly prioritized.
- Independent, proactive, initiative and integrity.
- Always want to be better (the spirit of continual improvement).
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Good team work.

- The candidate with prior experience minimum of 3 years in the electricity sector is preferred.
- Able to create, analyze and modify the design of traction system.
- Fluent in English, at least passive.
- Good team work and have high integrity.
