Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia - KKP is the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia. KKP is an Indonesian ministry which oversees the maritime affairs and fisheries sectors. Fasilitator Masyarakat
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen (WNI) with excellent health (physically and mentally).
- Willing to be placed in a Minor Outlying Islands.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) all majors.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mentoring programs
- Preferably single/not married or age of candidate under 30 years old.
- Possess excellent communication skill and able to work with the community.
- Able to facilitate community meetings.
- Familiar with computer applications (Microsoft Office), email and social media.
- Able to make a report in accordance with the rules
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in the field of Marie, Fisheries, Economic Management or those who have 5 years of work experience in leading a team of regional planning programs, or community assistance.
- Possess excellent communication skill and able to take initiative in cooperation with local governments and communities.
- Have a good skills in lobbying and negotiations.
- Able to facilitate meetings, workshops and meetings with stakeholders in the program location.
- Familiar with computer applications (Microsoft Office), email and social media.
- Able to make a report in accordance with the rules.
