• Minimum TOEFL score
• Dosen (D4/S1/S2) : minimum TOEFL score of 477.
• Sekretaris Umum : minimum TOEFL score of 450.
• Maximum age
• D3 : maximum age of 23 years old.
• D4/S1 : maximum age of 25 years old.
• S2 : maximum age of 27 years old.

1. Application letter (handwritten in black ink), addressred to Direktur Politeknik Negeri Madura;
2. Medical and drug free certificate;
3. Legalized copies of diploma and transcripts (2 sheets);
4. Copy of TOEFL certificate;
5. Police records (SKCK);
6. Pasport photo size 4x6 and 3x4 (3 sheets each);
7. Copy of ID Card (2 sheets)
