PT Wijaya Karya Realty - WIKA Realty is a realty and property subsidiary company of state-owned PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA Group). The Company started its commercial operations in 1982, as a realty and property division of WIKA Group. In 2000, WIKA Realty has officially operated as a separate business entity from WIKA Group. At present, WIKA Realty is 85.26% owned by WIKA Group, 14.12% by Cooperative Karya Mitra Satya, and 0.62% remaining shares by WIKA Foundation. WIKA Realty's performance in 2014 improved over the previous year. WIKA Realty managed to increase its total revenues by 14.91%, from Rp 1,131 billion in 2013 to Rp 1,300 billion in 2014. Total net profit amounted to Rp120.97 billion in 2014, which represented an increase of 33.78% over total net profit recorded in 2013 of Rp 90.42 billion. Requirements
Minimum S1 majoring in Architectural Engineering.
Possess a minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN), 3.00 (PTS).
Maximum age of 27 years old.
Able to make inovative building / regional concept and design.
Has a good eye health.
Willing to be placed in all working area of WIKA Realty.
