According to Waskita Consolidated Financial Statements for the Period 6 Months (ended in 30 June 2015) as quoted by JobsCDC.com, Waskita Karya reported total revenues in 1H 2015 amounted to Rp3,984.32 billion, or 25.23% growth from Rp 3,181.36 billion in 1H 2014. Total net income for the year jumped 182.29% from Rp 60.74 billion in 1H 2014 to Rp 171.48 billion in 1H 2015.

Requirements
- Minimum D3 Engineering or equivalent with working experience at least 3 years.
- Preferably experienced as Engineering Staff at Business Unit/Projects at least 3 years, especially for overseas (LN) projects: minimum 5 years experience in Joint Operation (J.O) with foreign companies in Indonesia

- Minimum D3 Engineering or equivalent with working experience at least 3 years, preferably S1 or equivalent (Gradue 7-10).
- Especially for overseas (LN) projects: minimum 2 years experience in Joint Operation (J.O) with foreign companies in Indonesia

- Fresh graduate, not older than 30 years of age.
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3/D4) in Civil Engineering from a reputable accredited university.
- A minimum final GPA of 2.25 (on a 4-point scale).
- Willing to be assigned in all over Indonesia and overseas.
- A highly driven and motivated self starter with a strong commitment in achieving career, personal and organizational goal.
- Fresh graduate, not older than 30 years of age.
