PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) - SMI or known as PT SMI (Persero) is a state-controlled non bank financial services company in Indonesia with core business in infrastructure financeing. Headquartered in Jakarta, PT SMI (Persero) is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Finance. The financial performance of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) in 2014 showed a good improvement. According to PT SMI (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Company registered total net profit of Rp 244.6 billion, rose by 18.09% as compared with  Rp 207.2 billion in 2013. Total loan (including subordinated loan) in 2014 registered at Rp 6,557 billion. This total loan figures equivalent with an 29.95% increased as compared with Rp 5,061 billion in 2013.

Team Leader Document Control & Reporting
Requirements
  • Candidate holds at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring in Finance, Management, Economic, Legal, Archives.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar position.
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding about Bank Indonesia (BI), Otoritas Jasa Keuangan  (OJK) and Ministry of Finance regulations (including lending and reporting regulations).
  • Able to read and understand legal documentation of credit (including credit collateral).
  • Previous experience in legal documentation process (including credit collateral documentation) will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge about products, systems, policies and procedures in Banking/Finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in implementing good records management (archives management, electronic documentation, etc.).
  • Able to to supervise and ensure that all documents related to the credit and credit agreement always in good conditions and renewed before its maturity date.
  • Able to supervise and ensure all reporting needed are always finalized and submitted to the related party within the agreed service level agreement.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in credit monitoring will be an advantage.
  • Willing to work as a team, well organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skill and fast learner.
  • Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
  • Well-developed computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environtment.
IT Staff (System and Application Development)

Requirements :
  • Candidate holds at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Information Technology (Software Development)
  • At least 4 years of experience as an Programmer Analyst.
  • Strong capability in develop web-based applications with Java programming language, Dotnet, PHP, and Visual Basic.
  • Strong capability in applications based on Sharepoint.
  • Strong capability in design a database structure for OLTP and data warehouse.
  • Experience in build business intelligent application.
  • Experience in design database in MS SQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
  • Experience in design and develop IT application.
  • Experience in build interfaces between application.
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking and good problem solving skill.
  • Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken and writing) is a must.
Risk Policy & Governance

Requirements :
  • Candidate holds at least a Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) majoring in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar position, preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Experience in developing policy, frameworks and operational risk management tools.
  • Experience in reviewing guidelines / policies risk as well as the risks that exist in the organization's business activity. 
  • Strong knowledge in Operational Risk Management, and Quality Assurance.
  • Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
  • Strong communication skill.

Cash Management and Settlement Staff

Requirements
  • Male, with the maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Candidate holds at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position at banking/multifinance industry.
  • Experience in cash management and settlement activies (Cash planning, A/P, A/R management, etc).
  • Strong knowledge in taxation, credit agreement, banking and capital market.
  • Solid knowledge in Oracle Finance Management system is a must.
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking and good problem solving skill.
  • Hard working, fast learning, detail oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to work in a team and underpressure.
  • Well-developed computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environtment.
  • Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken and writing).
Junior Staff Legal

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Candidate holds at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring in Law.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Banking - Corporate Accounts with BSMR Level 1.
  • Extensive knowledge of loan documentation.
  • Extensive knowledge of project finance and infrastructure projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of legal drafting and corporate law.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability with pleasant working and learning attitude.
  • Hard working, fast learning, detail oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to work in a team and underpressure.
  • Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken and writing) is a must.
